Do you send engineers overseas to install the equipment?
Usually, it is not necessary. Our systems are 100% Plug & Play. We deliver them fully pre-piped and pre-wired. Your local mechanical contractors only need to connect the inlet, outlet, and power. We provide detailed 3D P&ID drawings and offer remote video commissioning support. If required for mega-projects, we can dispatch supervisory engineers.
How do you handle international shipping?
All our architectures are dimensionally optimized for standard ISO ocean freight. We build directly into 20'GP or 40'HQ shipping containers, or design open-frame skids that slide perfectly into standard containers. This eliminates the need for expensive flat-racks or oversized cargo permits.
What voltage and frequency do your systems support?
We custom-build the electrical control panels to match your local grid. Whether you need 380V/50Hz (Asia/Africa), 415V/50Hz (Middle East), or 480V/60Hz (Americas), we utilize Siemens or Schneider components rated for your exact regional specifications.
What happens if a component breaks during the warranty period?
Because we use globally recognized Tier-1 brands (Grundfos, Danfoss, DOW), you can often source replacements from local distributors in your country instantly. Alternatively, we maintain a massive inventory in China and provide 72-hour DHL/FedEx global air-freight dispatch for critical warranty components.
Can we visit your factory or see a live project?
Absolutely. We welcome you to visit our 50,000m² manufacturing base in Weifang, China. We can also arrange video tours of our facility or connect you with our existing clients in your region to verify our operational track record.
Do you offer EPC financing or payment terms?
We are a direct equipment manufacturer, not a financial institution. Our standard terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. By buying direct from us, you save the 30-50% markup typically charged by local EPCs, drastically reducing your initial CapEx.
