Born for extreme harsh water. When conventional systems paralyze, our Disc Tube RO is your last card. No blocking, hardcore compliance for landfill leachate and hazardous waste.
Treating extreme toxic waste requires the most durable metallurgy on earth. Built exclusively with SS2205 Duplex and high-pressure hydraulics.
Global standard Disc Tube RO cushions. Open channel design prevents blinding.
Heavy duty plunger pumps capable of driving 120 bar continuous pressure.
S7-1200 PLC + HMI. Rigorous safety interlocks to manage extreme operating pressures.
Duplex stainless steel piping and extreme-rated flexible hoses to absorb pump vibration.
120 bar pressure leaves zero room for error. Precision engineering down to the last weld.
We don't hide behind metal enclosures. Explore the internal engineering of our core components that guarantee continuous operation in extreme pressures.
Axial piston high-pressure pumps. Extremely high efficiency and capable of continuous 120 bar output.
Octagonal polyamide membrane cushions. Can be individually replaced, slashing OPEX compared to spiral RO.
High-pressure accumulator absorbs hydraulic shocks from the plunger pump, protecting the membrane cushions from fatigue.
Fiberglass (FRP) or steel-sleeved vessels designed to withstand 90-120 bar continuous operating pressure.
Because DTRO is unblockable by design, it completely eliminates the need for expensive UF or MBR pre-treatment. A simple sand and precision filter is all it takes to protect the system from abrasive grit.
Stratified layers of refined quartz sand intercept large particulates and grit that could physically abrade the DTRO membrane cushions.
Used only if the raw leachate contains high levels of free chlorine or specific volatile organics that could damage the polyamide layer.
The final security checkpoint before the high-pressure plunger pump. Ensures absolutely no sharp particles enter the 90-bar hydraulic system.
Monitor and manage your DTRO plant from anywhere in the world. Our proprietary YunPLC cloud system ensures zero downtime and protects against extreme high-pressure events.
Independently developed YunPLC IoT APP system via 4G/WiFi. Detects real-time data and pushes SMS/WeChat alarms for abnormal conditions, realizing true unmanned management without fixed IPs.
Showcasing real-time pressure, conductivity, and flow rate monitoring via iOS/Android interface.
DTRO is incredibly resilient, but feed water must still be pre-filtered through sand media to remove large abrasive debris that could physically damage the discs.

Step 1: Minimal Pre-treatment. Unlike standard spiral wound RO which requires complex UF or MBR pre-treatment, the DTRO system only requires basic sand filtration and a 10-micron cartridge filter. This is because the industrial DTRO module uses an open-channel flow path (2.5mm wide) that allows high levels of suspended solids and organics to pass through without causing physical blockage.
Step 2: High Pressure Pumping. Treating garbage leachate or high-concentration brine requires overcoming massive osmotic pressure. The pre-treated wastewater is pressurized by specialized high-pressure plunger pumps (up to 75-120 bar). These pumps are manufactured from Duplex stainless steel SS2205 to withstand the extremely corrosive nature of the leachate.
Step 3: DTRO Membrane Separation. The highly pressurized wastewater enters the DTRO column, flowing over a series of octagonal membrane cushions. The unique hydraulic dynamics created by the convex points on the deflector disks generate intense turbulence (Reynolds number > 2500), actively scouring the membrane surface and preventing bio-fouling and scaling. The turnkey leachate treatment plant successfully separates the toxic liquid into a clean permeate and a highly concentrated brine.
Step 4: MVPC Evaporation (For ZLD). For clients pursuing Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), the highly concentrated DTRO brine is sent to an MVPC (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) Evaporator. The evaporator utilizes a heat pump principle to boil the brine, recovering the vapor as pure distillate water, and leaving behind only solid salt crystals for landfill disposal. This combined DTRO + MVPC process achieves a >99% water recovery rate.
The secret to DTRO's unblockable nature lies in its patented deflector disks. Convex points on the disks force the leachate into a turbulent flow (Reynolds number > 2500). This high-velocity scouring action prevents scaling and concentration polarization on the membrane surface.
Turnkey DTRO skids recovering clean water from the world's most concentrated and hazardous liquid wastes.
Treating raw, black leachate from city dumps. Two-stage DTRO guarantees local EPA discharge compliance despite massive COD and Ammonia spikes.
Handling "fresh leachate" from garbage transfer stations and incineration pits. Unblockable open-channel design tolerates extreme organic viscosity.
Acting as the high-pressure concentrator for standard RO reject water. Pushes brine concentration to the absolute limit before entering thermal evaporators.
